If I return a vehicle early, do I get any money back?

Unfortunately not. This is because while a vehicle is reserved for you, we can’t book it out to other customers.

Can I bring the van back later than planned?

Possibly! If we don’t have another reservation needing the van back at the time agreed with you, we will be happy to agree a late return. Call us to discuss!

Can I book a van outside business hours?

Definitely! Our office hours might be 9-5, but business hours are flexible. We are happy to pre-arrange a pick-up or drop-off at a time that suits you. Just call us to discuss your needs.

Do you have customer parking?

Sorry, but no. There is parking in the streets around our location, alternatively we offer a pick-up/drop-off service within the local area around Petone, or further out by negotiation. Call us to discuss options!

Do I need a special licence to rent a Rove van?

No – a standard car licence is fine for all our vehicles.

Are discounts available for long term or regular customers?

Absolutely! Call us to discuss your requirements.
